Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has determined to droop his 2024 US Presidential bid.

The 38-year-old entrepreneur made the announcement on Tuesday after former US President Donald Trump gained the Iowa caucus.

The biotech entrepreneur mentioned that he’s ending his marketing campaign for the Republican nomination after a disappointing end in Iowa’s leadoff caucuses.

“This entire campaign is about speaking the TRUTH. We did not achieve our goal tonight & we need an America-First patriot in the White House. The people spoke loud & clear about who they want. Tonight I am suspending my campaign and endorsing Donald J. Trump and will do everything I can to make sure he is the next U.S. President. I am enormously proud of this team, this movement, and our country,” Ramaswamy wrote on X (previously Twitter)..

Ramaswamy endorsed his rival, Trump, vowing to help him even when he was convicted of felonies. Trump secured a powerful victory within the first 2024 Republican Presidential contest in Iowa on Monday.

“Earlier tonight, I called Donald Trump to tell him that I congratulate him on his victory. And now going forward, he will have my full endorsement for the presidency,” he mentioned.

As per CNN projections, Trump is profitable the Iowa caucuses. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is in second place, adopted by South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley in third place. Trump has over 55,000 votes, DeSantis has over 23,000 votes, Haley has over 20,000 votes, and Ramaswamy is in fourth place with simply over 8,000 votes.
