As a part of a reciprocal settlement with Tennis Australia, the FFT introduced it has awarded Australian Open wild playing cards to Diane Parry and Luca Van Assche.

World 109 Parry will make her second straight Australian Open look. She fell within the first spherical of her AO debut final January.
The 18-year-old Van Assche is at the moment ranked No. 137.
