The Indian males’s hockey group will open its Asian Champions Trophy marketing campaign in opposition to China on day one of many event, to be performed right here from August 3 to 12.

The six-team event will see South Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Japan, China, and India battle it out for prime honours. All the groups are a part of one pool and the positions on the factors desk can be determined by a league system.
Defending champions South Korea will conflict in opposition to Japan within the event opener.
The semifinals are scheduled for August 11 whereas the summit conflict will happen on August 12.
The Indian males’s hockey group (2011, 2016 & 2018) and Pakistan (2012, 2013 & 2018) have each received three titles every and are essentially the most embellished nations within the historical past of the event.
