Real Madrid`s German midfielder Toni Kroos introduced on Tuesday he’ll retire from all soccer after Euro 2024.

“My career as an active footballer will end this summer after the Euro Championship,” Kroos said on social media. “As I have always said: Real Madrid is and will be my last club. I am happy and proud that I found the right timing for my decision and that I could choose it myself. My ambition was always to finish my career at the peak of my performance level,” 34-year-old Kroos, who received the 2014 World Cup with Germany, wrote on Instagram.

Madrid stated the previous Bayern Munich midfielder has `determined to convey an finish to his time as an expert footballer following Euro 2024`.
