The incident happened at Mazar Road in Ulubari when Singh was on a morning stroll

In a humiliation to the Assam Police, the cell phone of Deputy Inspector General (Law & Order) Vivek Raj Singh was snatched on Sunday by motorcycle-borne miscreants from an space near the headquarters of the power, officers mentioned.

The incident happened at Mazar Road in Ulubari when Singh was on a morning stroll, they mentioned. Mazar Road is barely a stone’s throw from the police headquarters, the place Singh sits together with different senior officers, together with the DGP, in central Guwahati.
