James Gunn is addressing the backlash over the tide of latest news which have come out for DC followers. From Henry Cavill not returning as Superman to Wonder Woman 3 getting cancelled and Black Adam not performing as expectedly properly on the field workplace, fan on-line have expressed their anger over the brand new heads of DC Studios, James Gunn and Peter Safran. Perhaps these choices are great, perhaps not, but they are made with sincere hearts and integrity and always with the story in mind.”

Without mentioning any identify, the director concluded his assertion by addressing the hate, “No one loves to be harassed or called names – but, to be frank, we’ve been through significantly worse. Disrespectful outcry will never, ever affect our actions. We were aware there would be a period of turbulence when we took this gig, and we knew we would sometimes have to make difficult & not-so-obvious choices, especially in the wake of the fractious nature of what came before us. But this means little to us in comparison to our jobs as artists and custodians in helping to create a wide and wonderful future for DC.”

The Suicide Squad director had earlier stated that the brand new Superman film will deal with the sooner a part of Superman’s life, due to which the position needed to be recast. The director had additionally added that he and Safran are large Henry Cavill followers and would positively need to work with the actor within the close to future. Further particulars concerning the new casting or the film haven’t been revealed.
