New Delhi: Amul’s managing director RS Sodhi has resigned from the put up with the speedy impact. The choice was taken within the board assembly of the Federation at Gandhinagar. When contacted, Sodhi confirmed PTI that he has resigned from the put up of MD.
“I was on extension. The board has accepted my resignation,” he mentioned. He had given a five-year extension in 2017 by Amul co-operative as a put up of Managing Director.
GCMMF (Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation) also called Amul is India’s largest meals product group with annual turnover (2021-22) INR 61,000 crore. Last yr, Amit Shah mentioned that Amul will likely be merged with different cooperative to make it multi-state society.
