Air India on Tuesday stated it has prolonged the suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv until May 15 amid tensions within the Middle East. On April 19, the airline stated Tel Aviv flights will stay suspended until April 30. It operates 4 weekly flights between the nationwide capital and the Israeli metropolis.
In view of the continuing scenario in components of the Middle East, Air India stated it has prolonged the short-term suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv to May 15. “We are continuously monitoring the situation and are extending support to our passengers who have confirmed bookings for travel to and from Tel Aviv during this period, with a one-time waiver on rescheduling and cancellation charges,” the airline stated in a press release.

Middle East stress
Tensions stay excessive within the Middle East because of the battle between Israel and the Hamas group.
